At Larchmere our comfortable bedrooms all have wash-hand basins and vanity units and some bedrooms have en-suite facilities.  Many of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and there is a lift to the first-floor rooms. There are TV points in the bedrooms for private viewing, although we do also have a large TV in the communal lounge for all to use.  All bedrooms are fully furnished, and the comfortable beds have over head lights and of course all rooms have a nurse call system.     Many of our rooms have views over the gardens or patio flower garden or indeed the fields opposite.  Residents are encouraged to bring their own treasured personal belongings to make them feel more at home.

We have a large lounge with comfortable chairs and a large TV where we hold regular activities and entertainment.  We also have the bright and comfortable sun room leading on to our dining room, where many of our residents enjoy games of scrabble or cards or other activities. There are quiet areas in the lounge or sun room where residents can relax and enjoy a chat or read a book.

Our residents have access from Larchmere gardens to the adjoining playing field where they can play games or read a book or just sit and enjoy the view.  Our patio garden with colourful flowers and vegetables grown by our residents has been awarded a certificate from Cranbrook in Bloom for two years running and this is another relaxing space to enjoy a chat with family & friends.
